At Cuiravo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping, and we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and free from signs of wear, stains, scratches, odors, or damage. All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized, monogrammed, engraved, embroidered, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, including initials, spelling, font style, placement, and thread color if applicable.
Cuiravo is not responsible for personalization errors entered by the customer at checkout. However, if we made an error with your personalization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Natural Leather Variations
Cuiravo products are made with genuine leather, and each piece may have its own natural grain, texture, tone, wrinkles, markings, or color variations.
These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of real leather and are not considered defects. Slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the nature of leather and screen display settings.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized, monogrammed, engraved, embroidered, or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, worn, altered, stained, scratched, or damaged after delivery
- Items with odors, including smoke, perfume, pets, or other strong smells
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, dust bags, or accessories
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Email us at support@cuiravo.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide the best available solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email support@cuiravo.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label, and the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cuiravo is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2 to 3 business days for inspection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If an item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer any exchanges.
If you would like a different item, color, or style, please place a new order. If your original item is eligible for return, you may request a return by contacting us at support@cuiravo.com within 14 days of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Personalized or custom orders may not be canceled once production has started.
