These natural characteristics are part of the beauty and uniqueness of leather and are not considered defects.

4. Personalization and Custom Orders

Some Cuiravo products may offer personalization, including but not limited to embroidery, laser engraving, monogramming, initials, names, or other custom details.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing your order. This includes spelling, initials, capitalization, thread color, engraving details, placement requests, and any special instructions.

Once a personalized or custom order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

Cuiravo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or misuse of promotions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and product descriptions may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed. This may include errors related to pricing, product descriptions, shipping charges, promotions, or availability.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and limited-time offers may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at our discretion.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary due to product availability, personalization requirements, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Cuiravo is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

9. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Cuiravo and may vary by location.

Returns are handled according to our Return Policy. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Items must meet the requirements listed in our Return Policy to be eligible for return. Personalized, custom-made, final sale, used, altered, or customer-damaged items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing, production, personalization, or shipment.

For personalized orders, changes may not be possible once customization has started.

You may be able to create an account or provide information during checkout. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

Cuiravo is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account login information.

13. Customer Reviews, Photos, and Submissions
